At Duke's Mayonnaise, we take pride in our bold flavor and high quality; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns for opened items or flavor preferences.
Return Process

Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For damaged or defective goods, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the product labels to your support request.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your claim and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or approve a direct replacement if applicable.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or a fresh jar will be shipped to you.
